The batteries are built on a so called Spiralcell concept and are complete maintenance free. The benefit of the plates wound into a spiral is that the surface is bigger than in a normal conventional lead acid battery. Due to this, it is possible to deliver more capacity from the same surface. More benefits of this battery are; they last 2 to 3 times longer than a normal or conventional lead acid battery, they do not leak and can be placed in every position (except upside down). This battery is also very shock resistant.
Spiralcell technology
The Spiralcell technology represents a revolutionary development in the design of batteries. The 100% clear lead plates are wound into a spiral which causes very compact cells. The acid will be absorbed by a glass fibre shell that is woven as an isolator between the plates. Because of this construction an extremely low inner resistance arises and the Dynamax spiral battery can replace many bigger conventional batteries.
Completely sealed
This battery can not leak at all, even not when the battery will be damaged. This means that the Dynamax spiral battery is safer for human, machine and environment. The battery does not cause corrosion on poles, cables and motorparts.
Absolutely maintenance free
The battery is absolutely maintenance free thanks to the sealed system. There is no need to fill the battery with water anymore or to remove corrosion from the battery poles.
Discharging
The discharging of the battery is extremely miniscule. Even when the battery has not been used for a year, it performs optimal and delivers in most cases even enough starting current.
Durability
Thanks to the Spiralcell technology it is possible to start a Dynamax spiral battery over 12.000 times. Dynamax spiral batteries last 2 to 3 times longer than conventional batteries.

FOURTH PARTICIPATION EICMA MILAN 2011
From the 8th till the 13th of November 2011 we have participated for the fourth time on the 69th Eicma International Motorcycle Exhibition in Milan. It was again an enormous success, with the numbers speaking for themselves: a netto exhibition area of 58.000 square metres, 1462 brands in attendance, 43 countries represented, 7 halls and a total of over 500.000 visitors.
